I have to plug this product! I just have to! I have been having regular adjustments with a Chiropractor here in town and I've been super sore. After seeing my x-rays, I was shocked! There is just so much that we have to do to fix my back AND my neck. My neck has absolutely no curve to it! Anyway.... She told me to ice the places that were sore. I tried as hard as I could to ice my back yesterday, but I just couldn't. The ice packs just weren't fitting on my shoulders and the areas I needed them to be. SO, I gave this a go. I rolled it on my shoulders and neck and then I had hubby run it down my spine. I did this a few times as I needed it. I also did it right before bedtime. The immediate feeling I had was just like Icy Hot. This morning, I didn't have any of the soreness I did yesterday. I do have some soreness, but not like yesterday's pain. Deep Relief smells amazing and feels great!

Oh man!  I know I still should ice my body.  I'm no doctor and I don't claim to know everything about medicine.  I just know the benefits it's given me and my family and relief I have felt from them.

Here are the ingredients:

I won't use scientific names.  I will if you want, but I never want them, I just want the normal names. 

Peppermint, Coconut oil, Lemon Peel Oil, Balsam Fir Idaho, Clove, Copaiba, Wintergreen, Coconut (one is fractionated and one is virgin), Helichrysum Italicum, Vetiver, Palo Santo

These oils are therapeutic grade oils.  I love, love, love them!!

Roll Ons

There are several roll ons available for use by Young Living.  One of my current favorites is Tranquil.  It's a blend of Lavender, Cedarwood, and Roman Chamomile.  All you do is roll it on your temples, wrist or the back of your neck.  It's that easy!  I made a little video below.  It's the first blogging video that I've made, so forgive the quality and please forgive me if I look distracted.  There was a little monkey behind me messing with me!
